All designs will download instantly after payment! Design files are downloaded as a zip file. You will need to be able to open the zip file and extract the files you need for your embroidery machine. You will also need the software/hardware to transfer the design to your embroidery machine in order to use this file. The zip file will contain the above machine formats each insides its own folder.
You will also get a stitchmap which will show the suggested thread colors and a picture of each step your machine will do when stitching out the design. You will receive all 26 letters shown for the 4×4 hoop. Letters come with sizes, a 1″, 1.5″, 2″ and the BX FILES. The measurement is the actual letter part, so the ears and bow increase the overall size. Just to give you an idea, the 1.5 inch letters when spelling Vivian is approximately 1.7 inches tall and 9.4 inches wide. These measurements will vary based on if you overlap letters or how close together you put them. It is HIGHLY suggested you use software to combine the letters to form a name instead of lining them up on your machine’s screen. If you use software to combine letters, you want to be VERY careful about combing like colors because its next to impossible to keep an item perfectly stabilized throughout long stitching. If you stitch each letter individually, you will have better results than risking your stabilizer shifting or stretching if you were to combine all the black parts, then all the red parts, then the white parts, then yellow. These are made to work with the Diz Like Letters, which are available separately.
