This is a combination of sewing and in the hoop embroidery.  You will need a sewing machine to make this bag, this is NOT all in the hoop.  You will also need basic sewing skills, if you have made a purse or bag before, great!  If not, you will need to follow the directions of course, but this is a pretty simple bag to make.

This makes the zipper part in the hoop.  It stitches the panels and lining into the zipper so all you need to sew is the sides and bottom, then notch the corners and stitch the corners and turn your bag.  Pretty simple once you do it and requires very basic sewing skills.

Includes 2 sizes, an 8×12 hoop and a 6×10 hoop, which are 10×12 or 12×12.  BOTH sizes work with a standard size mav pack!

The 10″ wide zipper bag, which uses either the 6×9 panels (a standard mav with 1/2″ cut off each side, shown is the pink motorcycle) and then the coordinating print for the sides, bottom, zipper ends and loops, OR 10×12 panels plus a 3″x6″ piece for the zipper ends and hardware loops.

The 12″ wide zipper bag uses either the 6×9 panels (shown is the alpaca bag) and then the coordinating print for the sides, bottom, zipper ends and loops, OR 12×12 panels plus a 3″x6″ piece for the zipper ends and hardware loops (shown is the wicked bag).

FairyTalePrints has the mav panels that fit this, make sure you get the standard size!
